Our hearts are heavy as we continue to witness the genocide and collective punishment in Gaza, the thousands of innocent Women and Children killed, entire families erased from the population registry, or trapped under the rubble of their bombed homes without an end in sight to the daily massacres. In light of the situation, we have decided to postpone the upcoming YMCA 75th year anniversary conference to next Spring, April or May 2024. We will confirm the exact date as soon as we can but we are steadfast in our commitment to hold this Conference, a sign to the world of our hope for a better/normal future. KEEPING HOPE ALIVE is a conference to Celebrate the East Jerusalem YMCA's 75th Year, operating in the West Bank and Jerusalem. This conference is set to explore YMCA VISION 2030 from a Palestinian perspective while taking into consideration the work of EJYMCA in the different pillars.
The conference will hold Panels, discussions, and workshops exploring the 4 different pillars of YMCA VISION 2023. During the conference, cultural events, food, and excursion will be planned out. Do not miss this opportunity to explore in-depth!
